Tachomanipulationen bei RHD-Importen

Es freut mich, dass Nic sich die Mühe gegeben sich bei uns zu registrieren, um alles aus seinen Blickwinken dar zu stellen. Unabhängig zum Thema, ist es immer Sinnvoll beide Seiten zu hören.
Ich denke aber auch, dass es keine Notwendigkeit ist sich im allgemeinen für die Autobranche und deren „schwarze Schafe“ zu rechtfertigen oder generell sich als Firma durch solche Beiträge hinreisen zu lassen.

Ursprünglich war er als allgemeiner Hinweis zu Tachomanipulationen geschrieben und ist nach wie vor hierfür gedacht.

this is jurgen from jm-imports, i have been asked to come on here to explain and clarify the situation, sorry i cant write german.

ok this supra here as you can see from the data we send Nic, shows the car has 85km.

sadly we have lost a sale due to this forum and incorrect data been said on here.(this is not good for buisness)

we have supplied x2 auction sheets, x1 original de reg and x1 link direct to sale of car link.

but some on here dont belive ?? ok * or $ on auction sheet does not mean the car is clocked.. its a warning there is potential of data error or possibly clocked..

as you can see x1 auction sheet mentions this and x1 does not..

as you can see the dereg says in 2009 the car showed 68km at test now it also shows on one auction sheet a ??? of 192km also on 2009 , this is not saying the car has 192 km (it states the car has had data of 192km registered versus it) .

one auction house mentions it and one does not believe it to be valid due to DATA ie dereg and condition of the car.

is it possible the car in 2009 travelled from 68km to 192km ?? in a small island like japan ? i dont think so..

lucky for us we have been involved in import and export for 12 years and have seen it all before with errors espeically when cars have nismo or trd speedos.

this car our partner in japan cheked and also checked previous records and its never had 192km (this was most likely and error from previous data)..

what really does not help is people only trying to blame or damage company image (with out knowing how the japanese system and data works).

do we belive an official governement paper saying 68km in 2009 or do we belive some ??/ saying data of 192km possible in 2009.

how is that possible as even in the 2010 the japan official test its still 76km..

i have seen many internet admin/members think they know the system , to look like they know how it works.

as an example grade R at auction is accident car ?? (thats what they all think)

grade R is not always accident and can sometines just mean paint repair due to small scratches or paint faded or laquer peel.

you really need to have staff in japan and knowledge in buying these cars, i have this car now in UK and can 100% tell you its not even near 100km.

my partner in germany is trying to make a business for himself and these threads with assumption is not good for his buisness.

if you want to check the car out come to UK or RHD and you will not be dissapointed...

sadly am afraid in this game - a lot of people are out there to make bad remarks with out having the experience or knowledge on the system and data in japan.

me and nic have suffered in a sale due to people thinking they know the system , hopefully the potential owner can see the HARD DATA we have provided and make an educated decision based on the evidence we have provided that this is a good car and not clocked in UK, Germany or Japan,.

Thank you very much mate, spending your time to explain the situation that everyone, even those who have no idea, will understand how the japanese system works. Iam sorry that you needed to write sth. but unfortunatelly it was inevitable. I hope people do understand what we are talking about an that it's not good to blame anyone for sth. the do not know or even do not understand. Thank you.

Wie gesagt, bei Fragen oder wenn irgendetwas nicht verständlich oder nachvollziehbar ist, fragt uns doch einfach erstmal. Wir werdem keinen einen Vorwurf machen wenn er uns auf einen Fehler hinweist oder Fragen hat weil er denkt dass etwas nicht stimmt.
Ich hoffe wir kommen hier nun alle gut miteinander aus und ich werde mich hier im Forum reinlesen und mir die Zeit nehmen auch öfters mal etwas zu posten um den Kunden auch bei Privatkäufen beispielsweise zu helfen, denn letztendlich sind wir hier doch alle Gleichgesinnte mit der großen Leidenschaft zu den japanischen Sportwagen!

Ich hab die Bilder vom Verfasser gesehen, und man konnte Eindeutig sehen das es sich ums gleiche Fahrzeug handelt.

Man kann heute so viel Verändern, kann ja sein das der KM Stand vor Auktion runtergedreht wurde.
Aufkleber sind ja auch schnell weggekratzt im Motorraum.
Will hier Speedmaster-Imports wirklich nichts unterstellen, aber so Bilder wo man Lenkrad und KM Stand sieht, ist in meinen Augen nicht mehr so Aussagekräftig.
Es gab hier schon haufen Threads wo sowas diskutiert wurde, wo Bilder zu sehen waren auf denen der KM Stand einfach manipuliert wurde, aber doch auf den ersten Blick das Bild das selbe war.

Ich hoffe das vorallem bei diesem Fahrzeug Klarheit geschaffen wird!

thanks for stating your opinion. As previously stated in German we are happy both sides can make their point of view clear.

We are just trying to help people who want to spend a lot of money on a car. If there is a doubt about the mileage of the car this needs to be clarified in first place. I don't believe any competitors are trying to ruin your business or your reputation, it's just potential buyers being afraid of becoming victims of odometer fraud and losing money. That's what message boards are for.
It's just natural buyers are becoming suspicious when things like these come up and it's good you as the opposite side have the possibiliy of explaing themselves.
What did your agent in JP came up as an explanation for the doubt the auctions houses have had in the odometer reading?
Nic was saying it was due to a missread sticker stating the date/next date of the timing belt change?
You have to admit a dereg document is no 100% bullet proof proof for a car's mileage. It just states the mileage at the two last car inspections, as read by the inspector. When registering my vehicle in Germany I did also swap out the speedo. On my first German car inspection the odo reading does also say 500km. You get the point?
I hope we can make this clearer for potential buyers of this particular vehicle. I can translate your answer into German just in case someone's not familiar enough with the English language.

Und ich habe auch nie erwähnt das hier größere unternehmen wie die, die hier Stellung genommen haben, Tachos manipulieren.

Es könnte auch so gut in Japan passiert sein und ein größerer Händler fällt darauf rein oder die hier genannten Agenten, gibts auch in DE.

Im Grunde genommen muss sich hier jeder seine eigene Meinung bilden mehr auch nicht.

Die Bilder wurden nun durch den Mod gelöscht die, Verkäufer haben Stellung genommen somit gut ist

Hier kann sich jeder mit den Grade nummern vertraut machen

Und wenn JM und Speedmaster sich jetzt hier öfter zu wort melden ist doch jeden geholfen.
